Job Description
The Project Coordinator is a positive candidate who is detail oriented and reliable. They organize on-going projects including: assigning staff and dispatch crews, monitoring project plans, schedules, work hours, budgets, and expenditures. Ensures project deadlines are met in a timely manner. Manages customer communications, compliance, Mitigation Software and PSA. This is a long term position with growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Scheduling projects
- Assigns projects to staff
- Dispatch crews
- Monitor job flow
- Organizing sub-contractors as needed on job site
- Order vendors as needed for job site
- Manage customer communication
- Manage TPA compliance and communication
- Manage job site issues
- Audit file
- Upload Mitigation software
- Upload final photo report
- Upload COS
- Manages XA
- Manages PSA
- Issue work orders for vendors
- Other duties as required
Qualifications
- High school or greater (preferred)
- 3 years of relevant experience in construction (preferred)
- Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills (required)
- Competent in Microsoft office applications (required)

Pay and Benefits
$40,000.00 to $60,000.00 / annual salary
