Job Description
Anytime Restoration is seeking self-motivated professionals who have the ability to work both independently and with a team. Construction experience can be helpful but not needed. Certification training is provided after 90 days of employment.
Responsibilities
- Water Extraction
- Fire Board-ups
- Demolition (removal clean-up of flooring, drywall, cabinets, affected contents)
- Placement, monitoring, and pick-up of drying equipment and occupant contents
- Vehicle setup for job sites using standard company procedures
- Specialty cleaning on properties experiencing damages from fire, water and mold
- Must maintain a safe work record and identify potentially unsafe working scenarios or conditions
- Good communication skills, mechanical and technical skills
- Provide updates to your direct supervisor daily
- Miscellaneous activities dependent upon technicians skill set
- Upholding all company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Restoration Industry (Preferred 1 year)
- Drivers License
Pay and Benefits
- $12.00 to $25.00 /hour
- Optional after hours pay
- Vacation Time
